This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee SAP projects, taking charge of both technical and functional teams;
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Facilitate status meetings and deliver presentations on project reports;
• Ensure the management of all deliverables;
• Develop and monitor comprehensive schedules detailing activities;
• Engage in the migration to SAP S/4HANA and address Tax Reform, handling management tasks related to tax obligations and requirements;
• Coordinate projects involving SAP and integrations with existing legacy systems;
• Participate in global projects, collaborating with teams across different regions (LATAM and beyond);
• Collaborate with various distributed teams to maintain alignment and ensure successful delivery execution;
• Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout project execution;
• Proven experience in managing SAP projects;
• Familiarity with Enhancements, Upgrades, and Rollouts in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments;
• Experience with SAP and its integration with legacy systems;
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Background in managing global projects and programs (LATAM and other regions);
• Experience working with multiple distributed teams;
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA Rise;
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory;
• Language proficiency: Advanced conversational English (an interview will be conducted in this language).
