SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge (KT) from delivery teams to Support, AMS, and PS organizations.

• Assist in transitioning SAP Brazil Tax Reform development activities from GPD to internal support teams.

• Coordinate cross-functional transition efforts among GPD, GSD, AMS, L4 Support, QA, and Product teams.

• Create and uphold detailed transition plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a systematic and predictable transition process.

• Monitor transition progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to leadership along with mitigation strategies.

• Take responsibility for the creation, consolidation, and validation of all technical and functional documentation necessary for internal teams to support ongoing operations.

• Organize and lead structured Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions from GPD to L4 Support, AMS, and GSD teams.

• Generate internal technical documentation, support playbooks, triage guides, and process workflows.

• Ensure documentation comprehensively addresses Brazil Tax Reform processes, configurations, integration points, and support scenarios.

• Aid in hypercare activities before and after client go-live, ensuring swift issue identification and resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accounting, or a financial background, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience with SAP in FI, MM, or SD.

• Experience in supporting SAP environments within LATAM or specific to Brazil's tax and regulatory contexts.

• Knowledge of Brazil Tax Reform topics (IBS, CBS, and upcoming regulatory changes).

• Familiarity with SAP support processes, AMS, L4, or product development teams.

• Preferred background in transition management, knowledge transfer, or cross-functional coordination.

• Experience with SAP configuration, functional analysis, or technical troubleshooting.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous.

• Strong skills in developing clear and structured documentation (process flows, KT materials, support guides).

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English (both written and conversational).
