SAP PP/SD Consultant, ARM Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes within SAP PP / SAP SD with an aim to automate the creation of production orders.

• Engage in discussions and workshops with clients.

• Develop a solution for scenarios in which a production order is generated automatically as part of the complaint / sales / returns process.

• Analyze the effects on interconnected areas, particularly: Make-to-Order / customer stock, production order types, settlement / costing / potential impacts on CO-PA, master data needs, process initiation points, quantity modifications, cancellations, reprocessing, and authorization requirements.

• Assist with SAP PP customization and collaborate with consultants from related modules.

• Create a comprehensive functional specification for the ABAP team.

• Aid in solution estimation and suggest the most effective functional approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP PP.

• Proficient understanding of SAP SD.

• Experience in projects that integrate PP and SD.

• Familiarity with SAP Advanced Returns Management (ARM) or broader returns / complaint management processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Background working as a functional consultant / analyst / solution designer.

• Experience in analyzing end-to-end SAP processes across multiple modules.

• Capability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP developers.

• Practical experience with customization and impact assessment.

• Ability to work autonomously with clients and facilitate analysis discussions.
