SAP PP/QM Consultant, Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2/3 support for the SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules within a global SAP support framework.

• Identify and resolve incidents related to production execution, planning, capacity scheduling, and quality management processes.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective measures.

• Collaborate closely with business users to address operational challenges swiftly and effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in support and enhancements (AMS) in an SAP S/4HANA environment. (Required)

• Proficiency in English. (Required)

• Familiarity and experience with Public Cloud projects. (Required)

• Background in SAP PPDS.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in the SAP PP and SAP QM modules.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PPDS, including: detailed scheduling heuristics, pegging, planning procedures, and resource and capacity planning.
