SAP PP Consultant – Senior Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solutions along with their application components.

• A holistic perspective on production planning and control, including integration with closely related modules (CO, MM, QM, PM, PS).

• Expertise in key master data for the PP component (PP-PI and PP-REM), such as work centers, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, production versions, and material master data.

• Knowledge of manufacturing types, organizational units, the description of an organization's production processes, scope definition, and process mapping/analysis.

• Familiarity with production planning and control processes at all levels.

• Experience with Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) — both standard and flexible, as well as Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP).

• Understanding of organizational units utilized by the production planning component (PP, PP-PI, PP-REM).

• Ability to integrate Bill of Materials, work centers, and production routings.

• Proficiency in production planning transactions leading to final confirmation within the SAP system.

• Knowledge of product structures and their applications in manufacturing (material types).

• Capability to articulate production methods in the process (PP-PI, PP-SFC, PP-PS, PP-REM).

• Skill in detailing key master data in the manufacturing process, including the conversion of planned orders into production orders (collective, individual, partial) and production reporting. Familiarity with make-to-order and make-to-stock production strategies (MTO / MTS).
