SAP Placement and Career Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a driven individual to assist SAP consultants in preparing for their careers by providing guidance on resume development, interview preparation, and overall career readiness in relation to the North American job market.

• Help consultants transform their SAP project experience into impactful resumes.

• Train candidates on utilizing internal resume-building tools.

• Conduct weekend workshops focused on resume crafting and interview techniques.

• Offer career guidance, motivation, and support to build confidence.

• Enhance candidates’ communication and presentation abilities.

• Organize and manage mock interviews.

• Monitor candidate development until they are ready for placement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, coaching, or placement support.

• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

• Familiarity with IT/SAP projects (preferred).

• Capability to motivate and guide candidates.

• Willingness to work during evenings and weekends.

🏝️ Benefits

• The candidate will be responsible for conducting sessions on weekends for students in the USA and Canada who have completed their training and live projects in SAP. Each session will focus on resume building for individual candidates. Compensation will range from 800 to 1000 per session, making this a part-time and fully remote position.
