SAP O2C Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor SAP systems to facilitate Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, encompassing Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

• Supervise the complete order management lifecycle, from order initiation to fulfillment and billing.

• Oversee revenue recognition procedures, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

• Administer pricing conditions, discounts, and billing operations to guarantee precision and promptness.

• Establish credit management protocols and supervise customer credit thresholds.

• Ensure seamless integration of O2C processes with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.

• Create reports, analyze data, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support for SAP O2C solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, with expertise in SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.

• Capability to configure and customize SAP systems for Order-to-Cash processes, with a solid grasp of order management and pricing.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and the integration points among SAP modules.

• Proficient in data analysis and SAP analytics tools for tracking performance and KPIs.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate efficiently and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
