This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the initial contact for MM operations (Purchasing, Inventory, Vendor Master Data, Invoice Verification), pinpointing root causes across work streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them independently.
• Collaborate with business teams, including Fleet and Operations, to take ownership of and enhance FINN's Procure-to-Pay process from purchase requisition through to goods receipt and invoice posting, ensuring seamless integration with FI-AP.
• Regularly assess and enhance procurement workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP Global Standards and Clean Core principles.
• Assist and empower team members by documenting best practices for lean development and system utilization.
• Lead the execution of technical solutions within larger business initiatives, overseeing the initial design, integration, and deployment—including the strategic re-implementation of standard P2P at FINN.
• Aid in designing modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to link S/4HANA with procurement platforms and internal tools.
• Challenge existing norms. Actively seek out configuration, release strategies, or automation solutions that save time and enhance the experience for requesters and approvers in SAP.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in SAP MM.
• Strong grasp of MM-FI integration (automatic account determination, GR/IR, tax handling, asset accounting) and MM-SD intersections.
• Demonstrated experience in interface design within SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
• Passionate about SAP Standards and prefer avoiding custom solutions to maintain system manageability. You actively promote a return to standard practices.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations or significant roll-outs (preferably including a P2P or procurement rollout) and comfortable navigating between intricate technical tasks and high-level project management.
• Proactive, decisive, and strengthened by resolving complex issues in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with procurement, finance, and cross-functional tech teams.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven setting.
• Background in product development and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
• Flexibility to work in our modern Munich office or remotely within the EU/EMEA region (+/- 3 hours of the German time zone).
• With substantial growth potential, FINN offers an opportunity to rapidly develop and excel in a highly motivating startup environment facing ambitious challenges within cross-functional teams.
• Competitive fixed salary, significant virtual equity share in the company, alongside an annual personal development budget of €1,500.
• Visa and relocation assistance for you and your family.
• Kindergarten and daycare support for employees based in Germany.
