SAP MDG Consultant, 4+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gain insights into master data requirements and challenges.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions to facilitate master data management processes.

• Tailor SAP MDG functionalities to address specific business needs, including data modeling, validation rules, and workflow configurations.

• Execute data quality assessments and formulate strategies to enhance the quality and accuracy of master data.

• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MDG implementations.

• Offer training and support to end-users regarding SAP MDG functionalities and processes.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP MDG configurations, interfaces, and integrations.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments, best practices, and industry trends related to SAP MDG.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP MDG solutions align with overall business objectives.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing master data management processes and optimizing SAP MDG functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience with SAP MDG, encompassing implementation, configuration, and support.

• Solid understanding of master data management concepts, principles, and best practices.

• Practical experience with SAP MDG modules, including data modeling, replication, validation, and workflow management.

• Expertise in integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.

• SAP MDG certification(s) is preferred.
