SAP Implementation, Development, Support – PS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a leader while collaborating within a team of problem solvers.

• Assist in addressing intricate business challenges from strategic planning to execution.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of SAP Development/Support Activities related to SAP Project Systems and Dassian experience.

• Comprehend client needs, offer solutions, develop functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.

• Capable of creating presentation and workshop materials for the Blueprint that can effectively be presented to clients.

• Proficient in developing Process Flows in Microsoft Visio for proposed business processes of the client.

• Skilled in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the provided solutions.

• Experienced in configuring SAP PS (Project Systems) and delivering work products/packages.

• Frequently engage with the onsite team and clients.

• Provide status updates during daily/weekly conference calls.

• Foster a positive relationship with the onsite team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of experience working on the PS module in SAP implementation projects, with hands-on expertise in Accounting and CO being essential.

• Practical experience in configuring and defining the following in the PS module: creating project structures such as WBS, Networks, and Activities.

• Planning costs for projects.

• Resource planning.

• Developing project forecasts.

• Revenue planning.

• Confirmation through CATS.

• Establishing billing plans.

• Managing transfer prices for projects.

• Handling resource-related billing.

• Managing project payments.

• Creating project versions.

• Monitoring project progress.

• Workflow management within PS.

• Assembly processing in PS.

• Customer project accounting.

• Billing based on activity allocation.

• Milestone billing.

• Integration with Dassian.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong team player.

• Ability to manage integration with functional areas: SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP HR.
