This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain SAP ABAP programs associated with HR/HCM modules.
• Collaborate closely with HR business teams to comprehend and convert HR process needs into technical solutions.
• Create and implement reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows within the SAP HR environment.
• Provide support for SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
• Engage in data migration, system upgrades, and integrations of HR systems.
• Generate technical documentation and functional specifications.
• Offer technical support and resolve production issues pertaining to HR processes.
• Work in tandem with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with robust ABAP development capabilities.
• Practical experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and associated HR business processes.
• Background in developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, payroll, time management, and organizational management.
• Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
