This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborating with our clients to comprehend their current payroll needs and propose effective Alight solutions.
• Analyzing client business challenges and constraints to recommend optimal solutions.
• Leading the design of solutions, reviewing, and aligning deliverables to ensure timely and in-scope delivery.
• Offering subject matter expertise for all technical and functional issues related to SAP payroll in the country.
• Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Capturing and documenting client requirements as necessary and creating relevant work packages according to the agreed solutions.
• Ensuring that lessons learned activities from both functional and technical perspectives are conducted.
• Providing project deliverables and objectives to the functional and technical resources assigned.
• Documenting any deviations from Alight standards and communicating them to the project team.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for all technical and functional resources assigned to the project.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for all project issues related to functional implementation.
• Ensuring proficiency and quality in the configuration, usage, and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the assigned project, adhering to Implementation Standards and Thought Leadership.
• Mentoring project resources.
• Supporting the Sales and Pre-Sales teams as needed.
• Collaborating with the payroll implementation team on system development.
• Proven exceptional experience in SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration.
• Extensive experience leading project teams delivering SAP Payroll implementations for country-specific clients.
• Exceptional understanding of country-specific payroll legislation and practices.
• Experience in a consulting capacity within a payroll technology environment.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (desirable).
