SAP HCM PY Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and functional consulting assistance for applications, providing expert advice and efficient solutions.

• Create and update technical and functional documentation pertaining to support efforts.

• Oversee ticket management and daily priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Foster clear and effective communication with both internal and external teams to promote alignment and teamwork.

• Comprehend HR process flows and the SAP HCM architecture, particularly the Payroll (Brazil - PY) module.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

• At least 4 years of experience in similar positions, with an emphasis on the PY module of SAP HCM.

• Proficiency in configuring and parameterizing SAP HCM.

• Fundamental knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, SAPscript, Smart Forms, ALV reports, and standard reports.

• Acquaintance with ABAP, object-oriented (OO) programming, BSP, and WorkFlow.

• Advanced English proficiency is regarded as an advantage.
