SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop requirement analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist our clients with the implementation and management of intricate SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independently oversee our clients within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, focusing on consulting, customization, and configuration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or the HR/payroll sector.

• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM across one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules.

• Optional: ABAP programming skills.

• A confident demeanor, structured methodology, and excellent communication skills.

• A high level of responsibility, business-oriented mindset, and proactive initiative.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.

• Willingness to travel is essential.
