SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient functioning of customers' SAP HCM solutions, particularly in payroll.

• Engage in project activities within the HCM domain, including implementations, migrations, and release upgrades.

• Offer support to our current customers for their SAP HCM applications through various support initiatives.

• Analyze and enhance processes in close collaboration with the relevant business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.

• Proficiency in the PA, PY, and/or other HCM modules.

• Strong business acumen within the SAP HCM framework.

• Extensive experience in customizing and configuration.

• Excellent consulting abilities and a high level of dedication.

• Experience in project and subproject management is considered a plus.

• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a methodical manner.
