SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Gathering customer requirements and designing as well as optimizing processes.

• Assisting clients with their SAP HCM solutions, emphasizing payroll and time management.

• Implementing new functional and legal requirements through suitable customization.

• Providing advice and support to business units in optimizing the SAP HCM system landscape.

• Ensuring cost-efficient execution of projects, particularly concerning year-end modifications.

• Assisting clients in daily operations as part of second-level support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in (business) computer science or business administration, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in consulting and/or project work in the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, focusing on payroll and time management.

• Quick understanding, along with strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment, with a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in the German language.
