SAP HCM Berater – Bundesweit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of requirement analyses, solution concepts, and architectures in the area of SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assisting clients with the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independent management of clients in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment in the areas of consulting, customizing, and configuration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of computer science or human resources.

• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules.

• Optional: ABAP knowledge.

• Convincing presence, structured approach, and effective communication skills.

• High degree of responsibility, business acumen, and initiative.

• Very good German skills and good English skills.

• Willingness to travel is required.
