SAP Functional Consultant, MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act to ensure the Scrum methodology is comprehended, implemented, and shared throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the mapping and proposition of enhancements to the SCRUM application process within development teams.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of client business requirements, suggesting business solutions that align with them.

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure the execution and attainment of objectives for Scrum events.

• Support the Scrum Team in resolving impediments.

• Aid in the team's self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and personnel.

• Analyze the company's business processes to identify the optimal way to implement and maintain SAP.

• Configure the system based on established needs and requirements.

• Provide support and training to users for the proper use of the system.

• Conduct functional tests to ensure proper functionality.

• Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for the system.

• Map business needs through interviews, analyses, and targeted observations.

• Evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and suggest improvements.

• Map and troubleshoot issues that may impact software performance.

• Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Completion of an SAP Academy course (or equivalent) related to the module in which the candidate will work.

• Desired experience: 3 years with the primary products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Experience with the primary products/modules that make up the SAP solution implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).

• Experience in SAP Financial, Controlling, Logistics, HR, and Sales modules to define the data model.

• Knowledge of SAP modules; strong expertise in logistics, human resources, finance, and the relevant business area.

• Professional knowledge of the main products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Professional knowledge of the main products/modules that make up the SAP solution implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).
