SAP Functional Consultant – FI/AA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the Scrum methodology is comprehended, implemented, and communicated throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and proposal of enhancements to the Scrum application process within development teams.

• Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business requirements, suggesting business solutions that effectively address those needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in organizing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Guarantee the execution and fulfillment of objectives for Scrum events.

• Support the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Aid the team in self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and people.

• Analyze the organization's business processes to identify the optimal approach for implementing and maintaining SAP.

• Configure the system to meet established needs and requirements.

• Provide support and training to users on the proper use of the system.

• Conduct functional tests to ensure proper system operation.

• Offer ongoing system support and maintenance.

• Map business requirements through consultations, analyses, and targeted observations.

• Assess the current IT infrastructure and suggest improvements.

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact software performance.

• Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Completion of an SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the relevant module.

• Desired experience: 3 years with key SAP products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Experience with key SAP products/modules implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).

• Experience in SAP Financial, Controlling, Logistics, HR, and Sales modules to define the data model.

• Strong knowledge in logistics, human resources, finance, and the specific business domain of operation.
