SAP Functional Consultant, FI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the Scrum framework is comprehensively understood, implemented, and communicated throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and suggestion of enhancements in the application of Scrum within development teams.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business requirements, proposing optimal business solutions to address them.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog effectively.

• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted and that their objectives are achieved.

• Support the Scrum Team in eliminating obstacles that hinder progress.

• Encourage team self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating both processes and interpersonal interactions.

• Analyze the company's business processes to determine the most effective way to implement and maintain SAP.

• Configure the system based on established needs and specifications.

• Provide support and training to users for proper system utilization.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure the system operates correctly.

• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the system.

• Map business requirements through consultations, analyses, and focused observations.

• Evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and suggest improvements.

• Identify and resolve issues that could impact software performance.

• Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or completion of any undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Completion of an SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the relevant module.

• Preferred experience: 3 years with the primary products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Experience with core SAP products/modules implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).

• Experience in SAP modules for Finance, Controlling, Logistics, HR, and Sales for data model definition.

• Strong knowledge in logistics, people management, finance, and the relevant operating domains.
