SAP Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives from on-premises environments to the cloud, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with project deadlines.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to collect migration requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and develop scalable solutions.

• Design and configure optimal business functionalities within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring they align with cloud migration goals.

• Convert user requirements into functional design specifications.

• Offer production support by overseeing incident and problem management processes.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, working with both business and technical teams to implement solutions that adhere to SAP best practices.

• Ensure comprehensive testing of system modifications related to cloud migration, including solution updates, maintenance, upgrades, configurations, and WRICEF development.

• Engage closely with business users to comprehend their needs, conduct proof of concepts, and present viable solution alternatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SFDC, Integration, BI, and non-SAP applications, to design secure and efficient data exchange integrations.

• Develop and maintain documentation, encompassing requirement documents, functional design documents, configuration documents, source-to-target mapping, data models, process flow diagrams, test plans, and test scenarios.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, sharing knowledge and promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, specifically with SAP S/4HANA expertise.

• Demonstrated experience of 2+ years leading SAP migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments.

• Experience with various SAP S/4HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM, etc.).

• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in incident and problem management processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Capacity to prioritize and plan the implementation of changes in collaboration with business and IT teams.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is mandatory.

• SAP certification is preferred but not essential.
