SAP FSPM, Techno Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions customized to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to assess, design, and improve business processes.

• Partner with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into actionable SAP solutions.

• Offer guidance and assistance throughout different project phases, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

• Detect and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and facilitate the adoption of implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.

• Strong comprehension of the insurance and financial services sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in both functional and technical roles, with the capability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

• Familiarity with the configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.

• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.

• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
