SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) program from start to finish.

• Successfully implement SAP MBC projects encompassing design, go-live, and stabilization phases.

• Create a scalable and repeatable delivery framework.

• Assist in early client acquisition and drive revenue growth.

• Position TransferMate as a reputable partner for embedded SAP payments.

• Establish structured delivery frameworks that include workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Direct multi-workstream implementations covering finance, integrations, and platform aspects.

• Ensure timely delivery within budget constraints, adhering to the agreed scope and quality standards.

• Set up governance structures such as PMO, steering committees, and reporting schedules.

• Convert commercial and client needs into SAP MBC solution designs.

• Supervise configuration and integration processes across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP APIs.

• Engage with senior executives and C-suite members as the primary program lead for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop trusted relationships to facilitate expansion and upselling opportunities.

• Assist in presales activities, including solution development and client proposal preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise programs.

• Strong program management skills, particularly in multi-workstream and multi-entity environments.

• Proficient in integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and SAP BTP.

• Background in financial systems or transformation programs.

• Proven ability to manage partners and third-party vendors effectively.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate or comparable delivery methodologies (Desirable).

• Experience in build-phase or early-stage programs (Desirable).

• Knowledge of payments, fintech, or treasury environments (Desirable).
