SAP FICO Functional Lead – Some Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team tasked with the implementation of SAP package software applications through both configuration and development.

• Conduct workshops to gather system requirements and document the outcomes.

• Direct projects, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery.

• Configure the FI, CO, and related SAP modules.

• Develop functional specifications to guide technical development.

• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues.

• Track and report on project advancements and financial metrics.

• Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement and learning.

• Offer technical support and mentorship to team members.

• Cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and effective communication.

• Build and sustain long-lasting executive relationships by delivering billable advisory services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 8 years of pertinent work experience in the industry, including at least 3 years in a comparable role focused on software engineering and management.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and executing software projects.

• Strong technical expertise in package applications.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
