This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Function as an SAP advisory consultant specializing in the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) sector for SAP on hyperscaler/RISE migrations and transformations.
• Take on the role of functional lead for S/4 HANA transformation initiatives and conversions within the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) area.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for RtR (FI/CO) in SAP System Landscape Transformation, consolidation, and carve-out endeavors.
• Organize data migration processes concerning RtR (FI/CO) during S/4 HANA transformations.
• Oversee SAP subprojects in accordance with the SAP Activate methodology.
• Utilize your expertise as a consultant to develop SAP Cloud/RISE architecture designs and strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and evaluations to ascertain business and transformation needs.
• Engage in highly integrated settings involving both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Possess strong proficiency in executing S/4 HANA transformation projects aimed at enhancing business value.
• Relevant experience in various roles within SAP projects.
• Background as an RtR (FI/CO) lead in SAP S/4 HANA initiatives.
• Experience in financial accounting, controlling, business architecture, and cloud transitions.
• Demonstrated success in leading RtR (FI/CO) subprojects within S/4 transformations.
• Ability to be pragmatic and manage multiple client priorities concurrently.
• Capacity to inspire and motivate team members with both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards shared objectives.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
