This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Deliver BAU support for SAP EWM and logistics processes related to manufacturing across LDC live sites, with a primary focus on operations in Austria and Schaftenau.
• Oversee incoming tickets, defects, and change requests utilizing designated service management tools.
• Collaborate with GPOs and business stakeholders to confirm requirements and determine subsequent actions.
• Analyze and suggest solutions in partnership with local business teams, LDC Core, Adopt, TD, GPO, and AMS teams.
• Assist in implementing approved change requests within SAP EWM and associated logistics/manufacturing systems.
• Engage in CAB meetings to present and secure approvals for proposed system modifications.
• Work closely with LDC design, adoption, and BAU teams to ensure robust operational support and ongoing improvement.
• Support logistics operations related to warehouse management processes and associated manufacturing activities.
• Ensure effective collaboration between SAP and related satellite systems, including MES and local warehouse systems.
• Contribute to a seamless service transition and continuous delivery support within the existing SAP environment.
• Extensive experience with SAP EWM and manufacturing-related logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems (WHS) and operational processes at Austria-based sites, particularly in Schaftenau.
• Proven knowledge of Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) business processes in pharmaceutical/manufacturing contexts.
• In-depth expertise in SAP and connected satellite systems, especially MES and local warehouse systems.
• Previous participation in current SAP transformation or implementation projects, with a solid understanding of related business processes and system landscape.
• Experience in supporting BAU activities, including ticket handling, defect management, and change request implementation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, AMS, and governance bodies such as CAB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive support mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex global settings.
• Capability to work in a remote environment with occasional on-site presence in Austria.
• Candidates must provide a criminal record extract no older than three months.
