SAP EWM Functional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, which includes presales, design, construction, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Exhibit strong functional knowledge and business process expertise while facilitating design discussions and conducting gap analysis during client engagements.

• Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of SAP EWM solutions.

• Configure and tailor SAP EWM end-to-end solutions to meet business needs and operational goals.

• Develop compelling presentations, provide insights through reports, and lead training sessions for end-users.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions, upholding the organization's values and brand integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Science) or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience as a Functional Consultant in the SAP EWM module.

• Demonstrated experience in executing complex SAP EWM implementations with a strong functional background.

• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes across various industries, including Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences.

• Solid knowledge of several SAP ERP modules, such as SD, MM, and WM.

• Familiarity with implementing projects using Agile Delivery methodology or SAP Activate methodology.

• Desirable knowledge of advanced SAP EWM features (including Cartonization, Labor Management, MFS, TM Integration, Dock Appointment Scheduling, and Shipping Cockpit).

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and EWM.

• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze warehouse processes and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM.

• Proficient experience in interface development (RFC, ALE, IDoc, Web Services, and DRF).
