This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Willingness to travel between 25-35% of the time.
• Analyze and confirm functional specifications to guarantee that requirements are well-defined, achievable, and in accordance with P2S processes.
• Review Configuration Design Documents (CDDs) to ensure that all applicable user stories are accurately represented, configuration details are documented correctly, and explanations are both clear and current.
• Ensure documentation across P2S processes, CDDs, Key Design Documents, and traceability is consistent and up to date.
• Identify integration points with other workstream leaders and ensure alignment across comprehensive business processes and system interactions.
• Collaborate with integration architects to confirm data flows, interface dependencies, and impacts across modules.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges during testing or readiness activities.
• Aid in the development of test scenarios and scripts for SIT and UAT cycles.
• Monitor, prioritize, and coordinate defect resolution among functional and technical teams.
• Support cutover readiness, preparations for going live, and activities related to hypercare support.
• Contribute to sprint planning by preparing backlog items, verifying user story readiness, and collaborating with the P2S Lead on prioritization.
• Track sprint progress, identify blockers or risks, and ensure ongoing alignment with P2S deliverables.
• Act as a representative for the P2S Lead in meetings, discussions, or cross-functional forums.
• Serve as a daily point of contact for the RTX Process Team and Business Unit SMEs, facilitating discussions regarding design decisions, testing inquiries, and process alignment.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience; alternatively, 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 7 years of SAP experience in Plan to Sustain areas such as Aftermarket, Master Data, Logistics, Planning, Production, Quality, or related fields.
• Previous experience in supporting SAP transformation, upgrades, and/or integration projects, including multi-workstream initiatives (e.g., MM, PP, FI, and related modules).
• Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, asset management, and associated processes within supply chain and finance.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
