SAP Consultant, SD – Service Processes, SAP CX Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end processes

• Merge SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service with SAP CX solutions

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of service processes within the sales domain

• Evaluate requirements and convert them into SAP solutions

• Oversee projects from initial concept through to successful implementation

• Proven experience in SAP SD consulting

• Strong understanding of integrated end-to-end processes

• Genuine interest in sales, service, and customer experience processes

• Proficient in both German and English
