SAP Consultant, SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing consultation on essential SAP ERP HCM functionalities including PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time Management), OM (Organizational Management), and PKP.

• Engaging in implementation, customization, and process consulting activities.

• Developing concepts and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

• Contributing actively to internal development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Acquiring familiarity with emerging technologies such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF).

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent vocational training; career changers with an HR/IT background are encouraged to apply.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ERP HCM.

• Experience in partial project leadership and a strong focus on customer service.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
