SAP Consultant – Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for the SAP LE-TRA module;

• Assist SAP users within an AMS (Application Management Services) framework;

• Carry out configuration and maintenance tasks for the SAP LE-TRA module;

• Suggest process enhancements;

• Engage with business units to collect requirements;

• Take part in implementations, rollouts, and improvements;

• Document processes and solutions that have been implemented;

• Collaborate with the MM and SD modules;

• Work with logistics-related processes;

• Aid in the analysis and resolution of medium- to high-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);

• Conduct functional testing (unit and integration tests);

• Design comprehensive solutions for the SAP LE-TRA module;

• Establish functional architecture and best practices;

• Tackle complex issues and unstructured scenarios;

• Perform additional routine tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP LE-TRA;

• Background in AMS support for SAP user assistance;

• Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan);

• Understanding of MM and SD modules;

• Capability to adapt and work analytically in problem-solving situations;

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities;

• Good negotiation skills;

• Required: SAP certification;

• Required: Bachelor's degree in IT (completed).
