SAP Cloud Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and transformation initiatives of SAP GROW from strategic planning through to go-live and hypercare phases.

• Create transformation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and plans for organizational change.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to synchronize business goals with SAP Cloud functionalities.

• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops while promoting SAP best practices and clean-core principles.

• Lead cross-functional teams that include functional consultants, technical specialists, data migration experts, integration teams, and change management professionals.

• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and governance tasks.

• Ensure the effective adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition processes and solutions.

• Develop business cases, strategies for transformation, and frameworks for value realization.

• Facilitate meetings of the executive steering committee and provide consistent updates on program status.

• Support initiatives for business process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Work in collaboration with SAP, implementation partners, and customer leadership teams.

• Propel organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and change management efforts.

• Ensure a successful shift from legacy systems to SAP Cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and transformation.

• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects.

• Strong expertise in:

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• SAP GROW methodology

• Business process transformation

• Program and project management

• Organizational change management

• Business process standardization

• Experience managing multi-country or global SAP implementations.

• Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders and delivering presentations.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

• Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
