📋 Description

• Accountable for developing the technical and functional vision that outlines the project solution.

• Converts vision into directives, standards, and procedures that ensure a gradual implementation of the solution.

• Tasked with ensuring the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or improvement projects, particularly for complex and large-scale initiatives.

• Engages in activities related to gathering requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

• Recognized as a key reference within the company and across the market, including among competitors.

• Adapts and prepares the technical environment, advising on the most suitable products based on customer requirements.

• Addresses complex issues related to the technical environment of the application.

• Shares and disseminates knowledge across different clients and work teams to enhance the service provided.

• Collaborates and offers suggestions for service improvement.

• Manages and enhances contributions from other team members.

• Develops organic documentation for complex applications created by the functional team.

• Oversees the definition of necessary data structures.

• Conducts integrated testing of complex applications.
