SAP BRIM Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the Explore and Design phase for SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI), facilitating business workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Showcase the capabilities of SAP BRIM as necessary, while clarifying the concepts and standard processes of SOM and CI.

• Collaborate with the project team, team leads, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to develop suitable solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Take responsibility for successfully delivering the Explore and Design phase of SAP BRIM, including all essential deliverables.

• Organize, prepare, and conduct workshops with business stakeholders.

• Evaluate existing business processes and outline future-state solutions.

• Define business requirements and process designs related to SAP BRIM functionalities, including the integration of billing document requests into Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Produce functional design documents for SAP BRIM.

• Lead the functional team, consisting of three offshore resources, and delegate tasks to ensure the completion of Explore and Design deliverables.

• Collaborate with technical team members to identify any gaps in the SAP BRIM SOM and CI solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to guarantee the seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with the implementation of SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM).

• Proficient in configuring SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), covering aspects such as billing, invoicing, posting areas, bill cycles, FICA posting, revenue accrual, and billing requests.

• Experience with S/4HANA implementation.

• Capability to write and execute functional specifications, user stories, and associated documentation.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with end users, development teams, and executives.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (0–100%, based on business needs and client requirements).

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
