SAP BN4L GTT Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to identify business processes according to industry standards and translate them into SAP SCM.

• Oversee the management of both the project team and core business team to ensure the program is implemented on time and within budget.

• Design presales solutions for new opportunities, outlining project requirements and conducting pilot demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Deliver business-level consulting services to customers, aligning their strategies with SAP's approach, including insights on industry trends, business functions, IT governance/architecture, and organizational transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of experience working with SAP.

• Multiple end-to-end SAP TM implementations for leading companies within the Logistics, Automotive, and Retail sectors, in either a lead (optional) or consultant (mandatory) role.

• Proficient in SAP TM functionalities, including Order and Freight Management, Freight Planning and Execution, Transportation Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement, as well as Carrier Collaboration and Optimization.

• Experience with BN4L GTT is required.

• Strong knowledge of TM Master Data and integration with SAP ERP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP), along with SAP EWM.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA TM is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to lead and mentor junior team members.
