SAP Berater, SD – Serviceprozesse, SAP CX Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide consulting to clients regarding SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a focus on service-oriented business processes.

• You design end-to-end processes from quotation through order to service execution (Order-to-Cash & Service-to-Cash).

• You integrate SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service with SAP CX solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

• You assist in the implementation and optimization of service processes within the sales context (e.g., service contracts, spare parts business, after-sales).

• You work on omnichannel customer processes – from CRM to commerce and service.

• You analyze requirements from business departments and translate them into practical, integrated SAP solutions.

• You accompany projects from conception to implementation, closely collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Passion, a hands-on mentality, and strong customer orientation.

• Interest in sales, service, and customer experience processes.

• Experience in SAP SD consulting, ideally with additional experience in service or SAP CX environments.

• Understanding of integrated end-to-end processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash).

• Enjoyment in making complex relationships comprehensible.

• Curiosity and interest in modern cloud and CX solutions.

• Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork.

• Fluent in German and English.
