SAP Basis Consultant – S/4 Conversions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analysis, design, and implementation of SAP landscapes for our clients.

• Planning and execution of technical S/4 conversions aimed at On-Premise and Private Cloud (SAP RISE).

• Support during the onboarding and deployment of SAP RISE system landscapes, as well as assistance during go-live and transition into operations.

• Execution of system installations, upgrades, and patches according to client requirements.

• Ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and error analysis.

• Consulting on the planning and implementation of system architectures and the integration of SAP modules.

• Ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.

• Assisting clients with system testing and the resolution of technical issues.

• Documentation of performed activities and creation of training materials.

• Supporting our sales colleagues in presales and proposal creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or in a similar role, ideally within the consulting industry.

• Extensive knowledge in the administration and configuration of SAP systems, including experience with SAP NetWeaver, ideally SAP Cloud solutions (RISE, BTP), and SAP HANA, particularly S/4 transformations.

• Experience with system installations, upgrades, and patches.

• Knowledge of SAP architectures, technologies, and best practices.

• Good understanding of SAP security standards and experience in implementing corresponding measures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Ideally, SAP OS/DB migration, S/4 upgrade and conversion, or other SAP technology certifications.
