This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver comprehensive services for the management of the client's entire SAP solution environment.
• Conduct support, operations, monitoring, maintenance, configuration, and post-installation tasks for all SAP products utilized by the client.
• Execute backup and restore processes as required.
• Create tickets, service calls, incidents, and problem reports whenever necessary.
• Analyze availability of the environment, identifying trends, root causes, risks, and generating technical reports and recommendations.
• Implement the “Run SAP Like a Factory” (RSLAF) methodology to guarantee thorough monitoring of SAP systems.
• Oversee regular and exceptional processing workflows (BATCH/ONLINE).
• Detect anomalies in system performance (BATCH/ONLINE), assessing issues like increased or decreased execution time, abnormal terminations, and other exceptions; generate technical reports and suggest enhancements.
• Initiate STOP/START actions for applications, routines, or tools, or pause processing for scheduled maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and document support routines for the production process.
• Configure products and tools that facilitate production analysis, such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Introscope, to aid in problem diagnosis and IT service management.
• Create, enhance, and document monitors, dashboards, panels, and alerts related to SAP environments to support the oversight and management of IT services.
• Continuously review routines, programs, transactions, and servers to recommend improvements, corrections, and adjustments aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency.
• Participate in devising and organizing implementation and/or maintenance schedules for systems.
• Automate the creation of tickets, incidents, problems, and service requests wherever feasible.
• Ensure the availability of databases and systems within specified days and hours.
• Address change requests and service requests.
• Share knowledge with the CAIXA team or a designated third party at the company's discretion, as needed.
• Oversee infrastructure during integrated tests, regression tests, performance and load tests, and data migration efforts.
• Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any undergraduate degree paired with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
• DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION: SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP BASIS).
• Preferred experience: 3 years in technical administration of SAP BASIS environments, covering installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Knowledge: Environments: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager; Infrastructure: Windows Server, Red Hat/SUSE Linux, AIX; Databases: HANA, Oracle, DB2; Tools: SWPM, SUM, SPAM, SAINT, SNOTE, BR*Tools; Monitoring: ST02, ST06, SM21, ST22, ST03N, SM50, SM66, SolMan, Introscope; Transport management using TMS; Technical security: SAProuter, digital certificates, roles, and access profiles.
