SAP Ariba Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements pertaining to procurement and sourcing activities.

• Develop, configure, and deploy SAP Ariba solutions to enhance procurement functions, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, and supplier management.

• Tailor SAP Ariba features as necessary to fulfill specific business requirements, encompassing catalog management, workflow design, and integration with additional systems.

• Oversee system testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Ariba deployments.

• Deliver training and assistance to end-users regarding SAP Ariba functionalities and procedures.

• Diagnose and resolve issues concerning SAP Ariba configurations, interfaces, and integrations.

• Remain informed about the latest SAP Ariba advancements, best practices, and industry developments.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers, to ensure that SAP Ariba solutions align with overall business objectives.

• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to refine procurement processes and enhance SAP Ariba functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience with SAP Ariba, encompassing implementation, configuration, and support.

• Strong grasp of procurement processes and industry best practices.

• Practical experience with SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.

• Expertise in SAP Ariba integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and third-party applications.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• SAP Ariba certification(s) are preferred.
