SAP Advisory Consultant – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide counsel to clients on strategies for adopting SAP GROW, initiatives for business transformation, and roadmaps for cloud ERP.

• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments of transformation.

• Analyze current business processes and suggest future operating models that align with SAP's best practices.

• Create business cases, plans for value realization, and strategies for ERP transformation.

• Offer insights on organizational readiness, governance, and managing change.

• Lead discussions on Fit-to-Standard and promote SAP's standard processes.

• Assist clients in understanding the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and approaches to implementation.

• Advise on harmonizing processes, standardization, and enhancing operations.

• Suggest strategies for maintaining a clean core and principles for cloud-first transformation.

• Aid in decision-making concerning scope, priorities, risks, and readiness for implementation.

• Act as a trusted advisor for executive sponsors, business leaders, and transformation teams.

• Conduct steering committee meetings and deliver executive-level presentations.

• Articulate business benefits, risks, and strategic suggestions to stakeholders.

• Ensure SAP transformation initiatives are in line with the organization's goals and growth strategies.

• Review plans for implementation, governance structures for projects, and roadmaps for transformation.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of the program.

• Provide strategic guidance to project teams during the planning, execution, and adoption phases.

• Deliver independent advisory oversight to help ensure successful project results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, transformation, or advisory roles.

• Extensive experience with: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP GROW, Business Transformation, ERP Strategy & Roadmapping, Organizational Change Management, and Executive Stakeholder Management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions on business process transformation across various functional areas.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and steering committees.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
