SAP ABAP HCM – Junior, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and provide support for SAP ABAP solutions tailored to SAP HCM processes.

• Collect and evaluate both technical and functional requirements in collaboration with business units and functional consultants.

• Create and support: ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, user exits / BAdIs, SmartForms / SAPscript / Adobe Forms, batch programs, conversions, and integrations.

• Work with objects and structures associated with HCM submodules such as: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) – preferred, PT (Time Management) – preferred.

• Execute corrections, incremental improvements, and incident support.

• Ensure the technical quality, documentation, and testing of deliverables.

• Facilitate integrations between SAP HCM and legacy or third-party systems.

• Engage in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements, and sustainment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ABAP development.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM.

• Proven experience in developing reports, ALV, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.

• Proficient in technical analysis, debugging, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Capacity to work effectively with functional and business teams.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and independence.

• Experience with Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT) submodules (preferred).

• Understanding of integrations via IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, or APIs (preferred).

• Experience with SAP HCM infotypes and HR process logic (preferred).

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori or integrations with emerging technologies (preferred).

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
