This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Integrate, validate, and analyze data from CRM systems, digital platforms, and other sources to create a cohesive and actionable overview of customer activities.
• Establish, standardize, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across CRM and digital platforms to ensure clarity, alignment, and actionable insights.
• Create, automate, and sustain dashboards for omnichannel and sales force effectiveness, providing campaign and engagement performance metrics across various brands and regions to evaluate performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Perform ad-hoc in-depth analyses and root cause investigations to support tactical decision-making and strategic planning across different markets and products.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and organization across both internal and external sources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all analytics-related inquiries concerning field force, digital, and omnichannel performance.
• A Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in omnichannel engagement analytics, digital campaign metrics, CRM performance analysis, field force effectiveness, and social media data analysis.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, along with a working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems like Veeva and Salesforce, as well as marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud) and Google Analytics.
• Strong comprehension of database structures, with the ability to integrate, extract, analyze, and interpret data, build dashboards from scratch, and automate scalable reporting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
