Salesforce Certified Developer – Public Sector, Govt Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, enhance, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated Salesforce platform technologies.

• Design and manage custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, and frameworks for asynchronous processing.

• Construct responsive Lightning Web Components (LWCs) utilizing JavaScript, Apex, and Salesforce platform services to enhance user experience and functionality.

• Configure Salesforce leveraging declarative capabilities such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, dynamic forms, record types, and custom metadata.

• Contribute to both declarative and programmatic development initiatives, effectively balancing low-code and custom development methodologies.

• Design and facilitate integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation activities while adhering to Salesforce development best practices and code coverage standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Salesforce certifications are mandatory:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

• Platform Developer II is strongly preferred

• Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable

• 5–8+ years of practical Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.

• Strong practical expertise in:

• Apex development (classes, triggers, batch processing, asynchronous processing)

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows and declarative automation

• Customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform

• Experience developing within Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and application design principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage in client-facing technical discussions.
