• Partner with the sales team to develop and enhance business relationships with both new and existing end-user customers, including Cloud and Hosting Providers.
• Perform web-based and on-site demonstrations of the Veeam product suite, delivering training, support, and engaging in collaborative meetings.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and on-site support to clients during their evaluation of Veeam software solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners in collaboration with sales teams.
• Participate in and contribute to Veeam marketing initiatives and events.
• Execute Product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients.
• Create Bills of Materials (B.O.M), RFPs/RFQs tailored to customer specifications.
• Showcase new technologies and offer training to both internal teams and customers.
• Proactively identify and assess business opportunities.
• Deliver technical compliance assessments and competitive analysis of products within the proposed solution.
• Have practical experience with Hypervisors and Cloud environments.
• Coordinate presales activities with clients, collaborating with Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services personnel.
• At least 5 years of experience in a System Engineer role.
• Capability to engage in business discussions with relevant stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to groups, whether remotely or face-to-face.
• Expected travel of 50%.
• Self-motivated individual with the capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
• Experience in client interactions for gathering requirements and understanding current infrastructure.
• Knowledgeable in VMware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies in extensive environments.
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure and AWS; capable of discussing and positioning Cloud technologies effectively.
