This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist potential customers in understanding how our Clean as You Code methodology integrates into their software development life cycle.
• Lead the technical components of pre-sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and support for product evaluations.
• Guide customers on effectively aligning the Sonar solution with their preferred deployment strategies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by prospective customers during their product evaluations.
• Extend support beyond the sale to ensure successful product adoption and growth post-purchase, collaborating with our Customer Success and Support teams.
• Educate existing customers about the enhanced capabilities of advanced product editions.
• Offer technical training to channel partners to elevate their service levels.
• Demonstrated practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with both local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• Passion for delivering engaging and distinctive demonstrations that help individuals grasp software solutions.
• Capability to tackle complex technical challenges, conduct troubleshooting, devise solutions, and express them clearly in both verbal and written formats.
• Established ability to collaborate within a team, providing and receiving feedback while sharing knowledge.
• A proactive attitude: questioning the status quo, leading, and contributing to significant enhancements and innovations.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
