• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to integrate innovative strategies with technology solutions.
• Participate in business development, operational strategies, IT initiatives, and executive-level product demonstrations.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business challenges using research and creative solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making by analyzing options and achieving consensus among stakeholders.
• Demonstrate connected experiences through software demonstrations, future customer journey strategies, and comprehensive IT roadmaps.
• Support clients with discovery, analysis, and recommendations for strategic solutions.
• Recognize client business requirements and position analytics solutions effectively.
• Guide cross-functional solution strategies and align them with opportunity initiatives.
• Create and present customer experience narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Solution Engineer role is preferred.
• At least 7 years of cumulative experience supporting any function in healthcare software.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proven experience in presenting and addressing objections in both onsite and web environments.
• Required software proficiency: Salesforce or other Customer Success Management tools.
