This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gathering, compiling, and structuring sales data from various clients and sales teams.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain sales reporting dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reports utilizing Google Sheets and Excel.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and management packages.
• Examine sales activities, conversion rates, trends, and team performance metrics to deliver valuable operational insights.
• Assist in the design and management of visual reporting systems, including performance matrices and sales scorecards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and leadership to facilitate data-driven coaching and client strategy discussions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to guarantee timely and precise submission of sales data.
• Support operational workflows, scheduling coordination, and client communications as needed.
• Contribute to the standardization of reporting processes and the creation of scalable operational systems across various client accounts.
• Ongoing identification of opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reporting quality, and workflow processes.
• Maintain organized documentation, reporting templates, and structured data systems.
• Offer proactive assistance that allows Sales Managers to concentrate on client growth, coaching, and revenue generation.
• Holder of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Data Analysis, Reporting, Executive Assistant roles, or similar operational support positions.
• Strong grasp of sales processes, sales reporting, and performance metrics.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, encompassing data analysis, reporting, dashboards, formulas, and trend tracking.
• Experience in collating and managing data from various sources and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in generating reports and presenting insights in a clear, structured, and commercially relevant manner.
• Highly analytical with exceptional numerical reasoning and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple workflows concurrently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging with clients, sales managers, and leadership teams.
• Capability to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities within sales data.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and automation platforms to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience in supporting fast-paced or scaling businesses is highly desired.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting systems, or sales performance platforms is a plus.
• Background in calendar management, scheduling coordination, and operational support is advantageous but not critical.
