This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Identify, target, and engage accounts that currently have no business with us.
• Develop and implement territory strategies aimed at generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact through to contract closure.
• Establish and sustain a robust understanding of competitive product offerings.
• Conduct cold calls to access competitive accounts and spark interest among healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders.
• Examine market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft contract proposals and pricing strategies.
• Engage in a regular weekly communication schedule with your manager to share field insights, receive coaching, strategize, and address challenges.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven success in relevant sales experience.
• A strong record of achievements in converting competitive leads through to closure.
• Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor, including problem-solving, complex selling, planning, and execution.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory (4 days a week, with up to approximately 50% overnight travel).
