Sales Administrative Assistant / Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales department and company leadership with various tasks;

• Oversee, compile, and sustain spreadsheets and controls for the sales sector;

• Utilize the Salesforce platform to organize the database and ensure the sales team and other departments have consistent information;

• Register clients and input data into the company’s systems and tools;

• Evaluate and assess data;

• Offer administrative support for sales initiatives;

• Organize, manage, draft, and create contracts, proposals, and other documents related to commercial partnerships;


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the complete Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel skills are preferred;

• Previous experience in administrative positions;

• Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related areas.
