SailPoint Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage Identity Management solutions utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Develop connectors, rules, lifecycle events, and certifications

• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders

• Provide mentorship to junior team members on best practices

• Evaluate and resolve issues related to identity management

• Engage in Agile project methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Identity Management solutions

• Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Strong understanding of Java and OOP principles

• Experience implementing key SailPoint modules (connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports)

• Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

• Capability to mentor junior team members

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders

• Preferred qualifications include SailPoint certifications (IIQ Engineer/Architect), knowledge of IdentityNow, ITSM integration, Agile methodology, and Java certification.
